The Business Management program is an in-depth two-year curriculum that prepares candidates for employment in the world of business management.
LIBI designed the program around a broad but crucial array of management related topics including marketing, human resources, finance, small business management, and organizational behavior. It also provides training in up to date and highly relevant business software applications including spreadsheets, presentation software and word processing.
LIBI’s proximity to the financial and commercial centers of NYC enable students to learn from seasoned practitioners and to have the best access to exciting careers and unparalleled networking opportunities.
CORE COURSES
Upon graduation, students will be able to research and to evaluate information critically to solve real-world business problems and to make sound business decisions, both tactical and strategic.
Graduates will be familiar with management theories and principles and will be able to apply their knowledge in organizational contexts. LIBI’s location, in the heart of Time Square, enables the college to draw from the world capital of business and finance. Average class size is small, allowing for attention to the needs of individual students. Financial Aid & Scholarships are available for those who qualify. We offer multiple awards, scholarships, and institutional grants to help you reduce your expenses. We also provide free borrowed books to reduce your general college expenses.
Applicants who have not yet earned a high school diploma or its equivalent may be eligible to enroll under the “Ability-to-Benefit” (ATB) determination. Students may earn their GED at the same time they are working towards an Associate Degree.
